The real problem

You've Built an Impressive Career. Your Health Hasn't Kept Up.

You're one of the most capable, driven people in any room. You've built real success. But somewhere in the relentless pace of 60-hour weeks, late-night client dinners, and back-to-back flights — your health became the one area you couldn't crack.

It is not a discipline problem. You have proven discipline everywhere else. It is a system problem: generic plans are not built for executive calendars, constant travel, and a body that no longer recovers like it did at 25.

Sound familiar?

  • Energy crashes mid-afternoon; caffeine fills the gap
  • Waistline creeping up while strength quietly drops
  • Sleep is short and broken; mornings start behind
  • Every trip or big week resets your progress to zero
  • You have tried trainers, apps, and programs — nothing survived your schedule

What changes with a system

  • Training that flexes with travel, boards, and late nights
  • Food rules that work in client dinners and airports
  • Sleep and recovery treated as performance inputs
  • Weekly review against real metrics — not motivation
  • One coach who sees the whole picture and adjusts the plan

The complete health system built for executives who travel constantly, work 50+ hour weeks, and have tried everything else. Led by Coach Manjeet Singh — Founder & Head Coach at AgileFitness, San Francisco.

The AgileFitness System

Five levers. One body. One plan.

AgileFitness turns scattered effort into a simple operating system: assess honestly, train progressively, fuel with math, recover deliberately, and review every week.

1

Assess

Start with the truth: movement, strength baseline, schedule, sleep, food pattern, and the outcome that matters.

  • Baseline strength
  • Body-composition trend
  • Schedule reality check
2

Train

Progressive strength sessions built around work, travel, equipment, and joint history — not random workouts.

  • Strength first
  • Form feedback
  • Travel versions
3

Fuel

Protein, calories, and simple food rules that survive restaurants, family meals, and busy weeks.

  • Fat-loss math
  • Protein target
  • Restaurant playbook
4

Recover

Sleep, steps, stress, deloads, and readiness are treated as performance inputs — not afterthoughts.

  • Sleep routine
  • HRV/readiness trend
  • Zone 2 base
5

Account

Weekly review: what moved, what stalled, and the next smallest lever to pull. No shame. Just signal.

  • Weekly check-in
  • Habit scorecard
  • Next-step clarity

FAQ

Before you apply

Is this in-person or online?

AgileFitness is based in San Francisco with online coaching available. The application helps determine the best format for your schedule and goals.

How much time does training take?

Most clients start with 2–4 focused sessions per week. The system is designed to create progress without requiring a second job at the gym.

I travel constantly. Can this still work?

Yes — travel is a design constraint, not an excuse. Sessions have hotel and minimal-equipment versions, food rules cover restaurants and airports, and the weekly review keeps the trend line moving through busy stretches.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Training can be built around a commercial gym, home setup, hotel gym, or minimal equipment — the assessment sets the starting point.

What happens after I apply?

You will get a response about next steps. If there is a fit, the next step is an assessment conversation so the plan starts from your real baseline.

Can I use wearables or health data?

Yes — sleep, steps, HRV/readiness, and workout trends can help guide recovery and progression when you want to use them.

Your next 90 days will pass anyway.

Make them compound. Apply, get assessed, and start with the smallest system that moves your strength, body, sleep, and energy in the right direction.
